Death in Paris

Death in Paris by Emilia Bernhard is a sharp-witted mystery set in the City of Light. The heroine is an American whose former boyfriend is found dead in his bowl of vichyssoise. This is a set up for some amateur detecting since she can’t quite believe the circumstances. The list of suspects is long and reliably quirky, and the Parisian setting is delightful. This a good lighthearted read.
