Make a Donation to the Rowayton Library's Annual Fund

The year was 1903...Teddy Roosevelt was President...Jack London published The Call of the Wild...and the Rowayton Library was created by a few local residents, with "donations from the community for a few good books." While much has changed since 1903, we still rely on the support of our community.

During the Library's past 110 years, we've continued to add to our collections of new adult and children's books, DVDs (including your favorite series), magazines, audiobooks, upgraded technologies and resources, and introduced new programs and events to better serve our diverse community. So, whether you're interested in a new best-seller, the Wall Street Journal, a Wii game, or taking SAT/ACT practice tests, we've got it here.

And speaking of exciting change, we are pleased to introduce Melissa Yurechko as the new Library Director, and hope you'll stop by to welcome her to Rowayton.

Looking ahead, we expect to continue to serve the needs of the Rowayton Community for the next 110 years with the generous and continuing support of our town. We receive a generous grant from the Sixth Taxing District, but we must still make up the difference in our budget to meet our needs in order to continue to serve our patrons.

Please consider making a donation to this year's Annual Campaign today - so that we can make our Rowayton Library even better tomorrow! Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at the library.
