PERMITS REQUIRED FROM OPENING DAY, Saturday, May 29th.
Beach Parking Permit or Resident Card is required for entry into beach or tennis courts. Parking permits must be
adhered to either the lower left hand corner of the vehicle’s windshield or to the driver’s side rear
window. Please PRINT all information on this form and return with required documentation (see below).
NOTE: Allow ten days for processing. Incomplete applications will be returned to sender.
