Hill Top Homes sits peacefully atop a rolling hillside overlooking the Five Mile River within a short walking distance to the center of town. Hill Top is a smoke-free environment with 24 newly renovated apartments designed for easy, comfortable living.

Since 1982, Hill Top, a project of the Rowayton Senior Housing Corporation, has provided HUD-subsidized housing for seniors and the mobility impaired.

Many of the residents have lived and raised their families in the surrounding communities and have found  Hill Top to be the perfect retirement  solution. They can stay close to family and friends, yet avoid the burden of maintaining a house. Others have moved here from far-away places to enjoy their retirement years near their children and grandchildren.

Hill Top has a grand history with land given by United Church of Rowayton. With the cooperation of  Federal, State, and City agencies, this housing community represents a combined accomplishment of the private and public sectors.
