Requirements for residency are set by the Federal Government. Hill Top Homes and Westford Real Estate Management are committed to upholding all State and Federal fair housing laws and to promoting fair housing choice. There is no discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, familial status, disability, age (except as dictated by program regulations), marital status, sexual orientation, or of lawful source of income.
Eligibility includes an individual or a couple with one or two household members 62 or over, or a handicapped person needing the features of a handicap adapted unit. For year 2008, total income from all sources cannot exceed $41,250 for one person or $47,100 for two persons.
Rents are regulated by HUD and include utilities, except telephone and air conditioning (if desired). Residents generally pay 30% of their adjusted income for rent.
