1 Big Salad--A Delicious Counting Book by Juana Medina is very appealing. A plethora of vegetables are cleverly overdrawn to become winsome animals. The radicchio lions and romaine dogs were our favorites, but they are all cute as buttons. Young readers will enjoy counting to ten as they page through the colorful spreads.
