Before She Knew HIm

Before She Knew Him by Peter Swanson’s is fast-paced. He is particularly good at developing realistic but flawed characters who wrestle with the past. In this case Hen, newly arrived in the neighborhood, is convinced her neighbor is evil personified. There is a big, intentional reveal right at the start which seems strange until you realize how many more twists there are to come. This is a great addition to his psychological thriller oeuvre.
