Children ages 2 to 6 and their caregivers are welcome to join us to celebrate National Pepperoni Pizza Day as we make our very own pretend pepperoni pizzas! While we're crafting our pies using paint, glue, and paper, we'll also listen to the story A Pizza With Everything On It by Kyle Scheele. In this whimsical picture book, a boy and his pizzeria-owning dad decide to make a very special pizza together with "everything on it". But the boy really does mean everything! They start with ingredients like mushrooms and pepperoni and soon move onto toppings that are so outrageous and so silly they might destroy the universe itself. While crafting our own paper pizzas, we'll let our imaginations run wild!
