This workshop will help small business owners and entrepreneurs learn how to properly structure speeches and presentations. The workshop will explore techniques to help overcome the anxiety typically associated with public speaking.

Among key topics we’ll explore:

  • Why public speaking is so important in business
  • The three parts of speech
  • Developing an attention-grabbing opening for your presentation
  • How to seamlessly transition between topics and improve flow in a speech

Our Speaker Shannon Malkin Daniels is an entrepreneur and professor of communication and public speaking. She holds a master’s degree in interpersonal communication and has 15 years’ experience in professional roles that require public speaking.  Shannon blends her education with practical experience in public speaking to provide simple yet effective techniques for improving your public speaking skills, so you can speak with confidence and clarity and connect with your audiences.
