Children in grades 3 through 5 are invited to join us for this introductory workshop to understanding our emotions in the moment by telling jokes, stories, or talking about what bothers us. By using these different ways of expression, attendees will be able to understand their emotions in a different way. Using the medium of stand up comedy along with our instructor, Rob Santos, asking questions while in the moment, will encourage attendees to be mindful while speaking freely.
