Ex Machina  A young programmer (Domhnail Gleeson) is selected to participate in a breakthrough experiment in Artificial Intelligence by evaluating the human qualities of a breathtaking female A.I.(Alicia Vikander). His boss (Oscar Isaacs), a multi-billionaire due to the world wide web search engine he developed. He lives like a recluse, nearly alone and hours from civilization, in a pristine verdant valley nestled in a glacier. The two become entwined over the week in a macabre struggle of intelligence, wit and power, involving the A.I. and the mysterious, secretive nature of the project. Nothing is as it seems as the relationships unwind, one manipulates the other. A good dark look at a potential future.
