This Sci-Fi from Marvel takes a turn for the comic absurd yet serious take on the universe unlike the way we know it. Starting out on Earth with Peter Quill as a child and rapidly expanding into the greater galaxy with Peter now an adult raider, uncovering an orb of great importance and power. Bounty hunters dog him for the orb which, little beknownst to himself, but well known and craved by others with devious intentions, is not just worth millions but is, in fact, priceless. Chased by his enemies, he joins into an uneasy truce with gun-toting raccoon, Rocket, and tree-friend Groot, the assassin Gamora and Drax, driven by revenge. It may be up to them to restore balance to the galaxy.
