I Survived the Attack of the Grizzlies, 1967 by Lauren Tarshis, illustrated by Berat Pekmezci, is the latest in the graphic novel installments of the “I Survived” series. It's the summer of 1967, and 11-year-old Melody Vega has returned to Glacier National Park, where her family vacations every year and one of the few places she feels truly free.
