Mexican Today

Mexican Today by Patti Jinich, the popular TV chef, concentrates on recipes designed for contemporary kitchens and pantries. There are great sandwich recipes, sections on salsas, tacos, and possibly the best “shrimp enchiladas in rich tomato sauce” ever. We also loved the “drunken rice with chicken and chorizo” and the strawberry meringue cake. There is a lot to love in this book--give your food a bit of a kick and check it out!
