The Room of White Fire

The Room of White Fire by T. Jefferson Parker is a real page-turner. It all starts in a private treatment facility for patients with mental illness. An ex-marine who served in the Iraq war has escaped and Roland Ford, an ex-Marine himself, is hired to find him. The only problem is he is getting a different story on Clay Hickman from everyone involved. What does Clay know that everyone is so anxious to make sure is not revealed? Very topical and current, extremely tense and graphics as torture is a recurring element. This is an excellent thriller.
