The Captain's Daughter

The Captain’s Daughter by Meg Moore. This is a witty, on point novel about family, the pull of coastal Maine, and the ongoing adjustments made when leaving “home” for a life with no anchors you recognize. Featuring a beguiling, believable heroine, who has a husband who is a thoughtful, sympathetic character. The two daughters are a kick. This is a well written beach read with great dialogue.
