The Farmette Cookbook by Imen McDonnell takes us on a captivating journey through life on an Irish farm. She met her husband in the USA and once married she moved to the Irish countryside and became the “other half” of a family dairy farm. The photographs are exquisite and the recipes are wonderful. Many of the recipes incorporate dairy products so she has helpfully included instructions for making many kinds of milk and cheese-–all of which are delicious!
