The Other Child by Lucy Atkins is a super thriller. It combines creeping menace, well drawn characters and distressing pasts, in other words all the elements of a great read. The main character is newly transplanted to Boston from London along with her 11 year old son after a shotgun wedding to a very intense cardiologist. From the start she begins to question who she has married. The twists and turns are well crafted; you’ll be on the edge of your seat.
